Viewing Your Order History

Here's how to view your order history:

1. Login to the Edenred Benefits site directly (https://login.edenredbenefits.com/) or through an employer-provided link.

2. Click on the My Account menu option and select Order History.

3. You can view your entire order history on that page, including the details of each order by selecting Order Details.

4. To export your order history into a downloadable report, enter the date range and benefit type into the provided fields, and click Run Report.

5. You can also request a replacement smartcard from this page, when applicable.
