What are Account Credits?
Account Credits are unused balances that can be used to fund future transit and/or parking orders. Account Credits are automatically applied to order totals, if applicable.
Here's how to view your Account Credits:
Login to the Edenred Benefits site directly (https://login.edenredbenefits.com/) or through an employer-provided link.
From your Dashboard, scroll down to the Adjustments/Credits section to view adjustment amounts and types. If you do not have any Adjustments or Credits, this section will not appear.
If you have Adjustments or Credits, you can view a detailed history by clicking the Adjustments/Credits History link in that section.
