Here's what to do if you never received your card:
Login to the Edenred Benefits site directly (https://login.edenredbenefits.com/) or through an employer-provided link.
Click on the Card Management menu option. (Note: This menu option will only display once your card has shipped.)
Click on Didn't Receive Card, and confirm or update your delivery address.
A confirmation will display that your request has been submitted, with a timeline for when you should expect your new prepaid card.
Instant Card Balance Updates
You can sign-up for on-demand balance updates via text messaging from the Card Management page. Just enter your mobile phone number and you'll receive a confirmation text. Standard text rates apply.
