Here's how to report your prepaid card as lost or stolen:
Login to the Edenred Benefits site directly (https://login.edenredbenefits.com/) or through an employer-provided link.
Click on the Card Management menu option.
Click on Lost/Stolen Card and confirm or update your delivery address.
A confirmation will display that your card has been closed, along with a timeline for when you should expect your new prepaid card.
Instant Card Balance Updates
You can sign-up for on-demand balance updates via text messaging from the Card Management page. Just enter your mobile phone number and you'll receive a confirmation text. Standard text rates apply.
