Ordering a Smartcard

Here's how to order a smartcard:

1. Login to the Edenred Benefits site directly (https://login.edenredbenefits.com/) or through an employer-provided link.

2. From the Dashboard, click on Place an Order.

3. Select a commute method that your smartcard is used for.

4. The most popular product options will automatically display. If you do not see your desired smartcard, make sure your home and work zip codes at the top of the page are correct. Or, enter the product name in the search bar.

5. Depending on the smartcard you order, you may be prompted to enter additional information, such as your card account or serial number.

6. Confirm your delivery address and click on Next.

7. Read the terms of service.

8. If everything is correct, click on Place an Order.

9. A confirmation will display that your order has been placed.
