Ordering a Prepaid Card

Here's how to order a prepaid card:

1. Login to the Edenred Benefits site directly (https://login.edenredbenefits.com/) or through an employer-provided link.

2. From the Dashboard, click on Place an Order.

3. Select your commuting method.

• To allocate funds to your card's transit balance, select any of the Train, Bus, Vanpool or Ferry logos.
• To allocate funds to parking, select the card from the Parking section.

4. If you selected a transit method, then select the Edenred Prepaid Card on the next page.

5. Enter your monthly expense (transit or parking) and your date of birth, then click on Next.

6. Confirm your order and click on Proceed to Checkout.

7. Confirm your delivery addres and click on Next.

8. Please read the terms of service. If everything is correct, click on Place Order.

9. A confirmation will display that your order has been placed.
