What's Parking Cash Reimbursement?
Pay for your parking expenses up front, out-of-pocket, then use pre-tax dollars that you set aside from your paycheck ahead of time to pay yourself back. Parking Cash Reimbursement is a pre-tax-only benefit, so your monthly parking expense cannot exceed the current pre-tax limits. For info on how to set funds aside, click here.
Here's how to file a parking cash reimbursement claim:
Login to the Edenred Benefits site directly (https://login.edenredbenefits.com/) or through an employer-provided link.
Click to the Reimbursement menu option and select Parking.
Read the information on what you need to know before submitting a claim, then click Start a Claim.
Fill out the form, attach receipts if required, enter your ACH details for reimbursement, and then click Submit Claim.
A confirmation will display that your claim has been submitted. You will receive an email once your claim has been approved. You can expect reimbursement within 7 business days (via check or ACH, whichever is preferred).
