Editing and Deleting an Order

Here's how to edit or delete an order:

  1. Login to the Edenred Benefits site directly (https://login.edenredbenefits.com/) or through an employer-provided link.

  2. From your Dashboard, scroll down to your current order and click on Options

  3. You can choose to Edit Order, Edit Opt-Out Preferences, or Delete Order.

  • If you choose Edit Order, you can change your monthly expense amount or adjust your recurring order settings.
  • If you choose Edit Opt-Out Preferences, you can choose specific months you do not wish to receive your commuter products. (Note: Grayed-out months mean you will not receive your order for that given month after you have submitted the changes.)
  • If you choose Delete Order, you will be asked to confirm the requested change before deletion occurs.
