Here's how to check your prepaid card balance:
Login to the Edenred Benefits site directly (https://login.edenredbenefits.com/) or through an employer-provided link.
Your balance will display within a block of the Dashboard, or click on the Card Management menu option to view more details about your card.
Your prepaid card balance will display under your current card number.
Instant Card Balance Updates
You can sign-up for on-demand balance updates via text messaging from the Card Management page. Just enter your mobile phone number and you'll receive a confirmation text. Standard text rates apply.
